Hadith 1682

1682 صحيح حَدِيثُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ الله صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَمْشِي بِطَرِيقٍ، وَجَدَ غُصْنَ شَوْكٍ عَلَى الطَّرِيقِ، فَأَخَّرَهُ، فَشَكَرَ الله لَهُ، فَغَفَر لَهُ»
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A man was going somewhere. On the way, he saw a branch full of thorns. So he removed it from the path. Allah Almighty became pleased (just because of this act) and forgave him.
