1514 صحيح حديث أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ يَصِفُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَبْعَةً مِنَ الْقَوْمِ، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلاَ بِالْقَصِيرِ، أَزْهَرَ اللَّوْنِ، لَيْسَ بِأَبْيَضَ أَمْهَقَ، وَلاَ آدَمَ، لَيْسَ بِجَعْدٍ قَطَطٍ، وَلاَ سَبْطٍ رَجِلٍ؛ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعِينَ، فَلَبِثَ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ يُنْزَلُ عَلَيْهِ، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، وَلَيْسَ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعَرَةً بَيْضَاءَ
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) described the blessed attributes of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), stating that he was of medium height—neither very tall nor short. His complexion was radiant (a combination of red and white); he was neither purely white nor completely wheat-colored. His hair was neither extremely curly and coarse nor completely straight and hanging down. At the time of the first revelation, he was forty years old. He stayed in Makkah for ten years, and throughout this entire period, revelation continued to descend upon him. He also resided in Madinah for ten years. Not even twenty hairs on his head and beard had turned white.
