Lu'lu' wal-Marjan

Hadith Narrator: ... The kunyah of Hazrat Ghaziyyah bint Jabir bin Hakim radi Allahu anha was Umm Sharik al-Amiriyyah al-Ansariyyah. She offered herself as a gift to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, but he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam did not accept it. Thereafter, he did not marry her until she passed away. She accepted Islam in Makkah itself. She would secretly invite the women of Quraysh to Islam. Eventually, her secret was revealed, and the people of Makkah captured her and said, "If you were not from our tribe, we would have done such and such to you, but now we are handing you over to your people." Her narrations are present in all the books of the Sihah Sittah.
