Hadith 1435

Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is no contagion in diseases, nor is there any reality in Safar or the bad omen of the owl. Upon this, a Bedouin said: O Messenger of Allah! Then what happens to my camels? When they remain in the desert, they are as healthy and sleek as deer, then a mangy camel comes among them and mixes with them, and they all get mange. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: But tell me, who gave the first camel the mange?
