1395 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ: لَوِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِكَ أَحَدٌ وَلَمْ تَأذَنْ لَهُ، خَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأتَ عَيْنَهُ، مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ جُنَاحِ
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a person is peeping into your house (through a hole or a lattice, etc.) without your permission and you throw a pebble at him which causes his eye to be gouged out, then there is no punishment upon you.
