1357 صحيح حديث أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّهُ رَأَى فِي يَدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، خَاتَمًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ، يَوْمًا وَاحِدًا ثُمَّ إِنَّ النَّاسَ اصْطَنَعُوا الْخَواتِيمَ مِنْ وَرِقٍ وَلَبِسُوهَا فَطَرَحَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَاتَمَهُ، فَطَرَحَ النَّاسُ خَوَاتِيمَهُمْ
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he saw a silver ring on the hand of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) one day. Then other people also started having silver rings made and began to wear them. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) threw away his ring, and the other people also threw away their rings.
