1241 صحيح حديث جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ قُتِلْتُ فَأَيْنَ أَنَا قَالَ: فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَأَلْقَى تَمَرَاتٍ فِي يَدِهِ، ثُمَّ قَاتَلَ حَتَّى قُتِلَ
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a companion asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at the time of the Battle of Uhud, "O Messenger of Allah! If I am killed, where will I go?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "To Paradise." He then threw away the dates that were in his hand and began to fight until he was martyred.
