1096 صحيح حديث الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنه، أَنَّهُ اسْتَشَارَهُمْ فِي إِمْلاَصِ الْمَرْأَةِ؛ فَقَالَ الْمُغِيرَةُ: قَضى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْغُرَّةِ: عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ فَشَهِدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضى بِهِ
Hazrat Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him) consulted regarding the blood money for a woman who had miscarried. Hazrat Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had given a verdict in such a matter concerning a slave man or slave woman. Then Hazrat Muhammad bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) also testified that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave that verdict, he was present.
