Hazrat Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man bit another man’s hand, so the latter pulled his hand out of the mouth of the one biting him, causing the biter’s two front teeth to break. Then both of them brought their dispute to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “You bite your brother’s hand like a camel bites, and now you want compensation? You will not get any compensation.”
