Hadith 1064

Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saw an old man walking with the support of his two sons. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked, "What is the matter with this man?" The people informed him that he had vowed to walk to the Ka'bah on foot. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Allah is free from needing this man to put himself in hardship." The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered him to ride.
