1050 صحيح حديث جَابِرٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْعُمْرَى، أنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ
Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a verdict regarding 'Umra that it belongs to the one to whom it is gifted.
