Hadith 1007

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There was a merchant who used to lend money to people. When he saw someone in difficulty, he would tell his servants to overlook (the debt) from him. Perhaps Allah will also overlook (our faults) from us in the Hereafter. So Allah Almighty forgave him (after his death).
