Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: (He stated that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say) Whoever finds his exact property with a person who has been declared bankrupt, then the owner of the property has more right to it than others.

Brief Explanation
The hadith is clear in its content: when a person buys something from another person and has also taken possession of it, but has not yet paid the price and then becomes bankrupt, then if the original item is still present with him, its rightful claimant will be the seller alone, and the other creditors will have no right to it.
