Hadith 13136
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: I will be ahead of you at the Pond (Hawd), whoever reaches there will attain success. There will also come some people there who will be pushed to the left side. I will say: O my Lord! (these people). It will be said in response: These people kept turning back from the religion after you.
Hadith 13137
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I will reach the Pond before you and wait for you there. Some people will be driven away from me, and I will be overcome regarding them. I will say: O my Lord! These people are my companions, that is, people of my Ummah. Allah Almighty will say: You do not know what innovations they introduced after you.
Hadith 13138
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I will be sitting at the Hawd (the Pond), waiting for those who will come, when some people will be prevented from coming to me. I will say: O my Lord! These people are from me and from my Ummah. But it will be said in reply: You do not know what deeds they did after you. After you, these people kept distancing themselves from the religion. Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The length of one side of the Hawd is equal to the distance of a month's journey, and both its sides are equal, meaning its width is equal to its length. The number of its drinking vessels will be as many as the stars. Its fragrance is more pleasant than musk, and its color is whiter than milk. Whoever drinks its water once, will never feel thirst again.
Hadith 13139
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad! I will surely drive away some people from my cistern just as a stranger camel is driven away from the cistern.
Hadith 13140
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) went towards the graveyard and, greeting the people of the graveyard, said: "Peace be upon you, O abode of believing people! And indeed, if Allah wills, we shall join you." I wish I could see my brothers. Hearing this, the noble Companions said: O Messenger of Allah! Are we not your brothers? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: You are my Companions; my brothers are those who have not yet come, and I will precede you at the Hawd (the Pond), (that is, I will go before you and wait for you). The Companions asked: O Messenger of Allah! How will you recognize those people of your Ummah who have not yet come? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What do you think, if a man has a horse with white markings on its legs and forehead among all black horses, will that man not recognize his horse? The Companions said: Why not, O Messenger of Allah! The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When my Ummah will come, their faces, hands, and feet will be shining because of ablution. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) repeated this sentence three times, and I will precede you at the Hawd and wait for you. Beware! Some people will be turned away from my Hawd just as a lost camel is driven away, and I will call out to them: Beware! Come here, come here. But in response, it will be said to me: These people changed the religion after you, then I will also say: May they be destroyed, may they be destroyed.
Hadith 13141
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Two men from among those who attained the honor of my company will come towards me at the Pond. When I see them coming, they will be prevented from coming towards me.
Hadith 13142
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: I will be your forerunner; when you do not find me anywhere else, then you will find me at the Pond. Its width is as much as the distance from Aylah to Makkah Mukarramah. Many men and women will come there with water skins and vessels, but they will not be able to obtain anything from there.
