Hadith 12688
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”مَا بَيْنَ بَيْتِي وَمِنْبَرِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ، وَمِنْبَرِي عَلَى حَوْضِي“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The area between my house and my pulpit is one of the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is upon my cistern.
Hadith 12689
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”مَا بَيْنَ مِنْبَرِي إِلَى حُجْرَتِي رَوْضَةٌ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ مِنْبَرِي عَلَى تُرْعَةٍ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The space between my pulpit and my chamber is one of the gardens from the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is at one of the doors of Paradise.
Hadith 12690
عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: ”مِنْبَرِي عَلَى تُرْعَةٍ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ“، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: مَا التُّرْعَةُ يَا أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ؟ قَالَ: الْبَابُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: My pulpit is at one of the doors of Paradise. The narrator said: Abu al-Abbas! What is the meaning of "al-tur’ah"? He said: Door.
Hadith 12691
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ”مِنْبَرِي هَذَا عَلَى تُرْعَةٍ مِنْ تُرَعِ الْجَنَّةِ.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: My pulpit is at one of the doors of Paradise.
Hadith 12692
حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيٌّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ: كُنْتُ آتِي مَعَ سَلَمَةَ الْمَسْجِدَ فَيُصَلِّي مَعَ الْأُسْطُوَانَةِ الَّتِي عِنْدَ الْمُصْحَفِ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا أَبَا مُسْلِمٍ! أَرَاكَ تَتَحَرَّى الصَّلَاةَ عِنْدَ هَذِهِ الْأُسْطُوَانَةِ، قَالَ: فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَحَرَّى الصَّلَاةَ عِنْدَهَا.
It is narrated from Yazid bin Abi Ubaid, he says: I used to come to the Prophet’s Mosque with Sayyiduna Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him), he used to pray near the pillar close to the Mushaf. I said to him: Abu Muslim! I see that you are particular about praying near this pillar, what is the reason for this? He replied: I saw Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) being particular about praying near this pillar.
Hadith 12693
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) عَنْ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَتَحَرَّى مَوْضِعَ الْمُصْحَفِ، وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَحَرَّى ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ، وَكَانَ بَيْنَ الْمِنْبَرِ وَالْقِبْلَةِ مَمَرُّ شَاةٍ.
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to be particular about performing prayer at the place near the Mushaf, then he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) also used to be especially particular and attentive about this place, and between the pulpit of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Qiblah there was a space sufficient for a goat to pass through.
Hadith 12694
عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”قَوَائِمُ مِنْبَرِي رَوَاتِبُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ.“
It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The legs of my pulpit are fixed in Paradise.
Hadith 12695
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ”لَا يَحْلِفُ عِنْدَ هَذَا الْمِنْبَرِ عَبْدٌ وَلَا أَمَةٌ عَلَى يَمِينٍ آثِمَةٍ، وَلَوْ عَلَى سِوَاكٍ رَطْبٍ إِلَّا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ النَّارُ.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If any man or woman takes a sinful oath near this pulpit, even if it is about a fresh miswak, Hell becomes obligatory for them.
