Hadith 12577
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Banu Azd are the best people; their mouths, that is, their speech, is extremely excellent, they fulfill their vows, and their hearts are clean and pure (from malice, envy, and rancor, etc.).
Hadith 12578
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said regarding Banu Tamim: "This charity is on behalf of my people, and they will be the most severe against the Dajjal." Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah says: Before this, the people of Banu Tamim were the most disliked by me, but since I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) say this about them, I have loved them.
Hadith 12579
It is narrated from Ikrimah bin Khalid that in his presence a man spoke ill of the Banu Tamim, so he picked up a handful of pebbles to strike him. Then Ikrimah said: So-and-so companion narrated to me that when the Banu Tamim were mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, someone said: They were quite late in accepting Islam. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, looked towards the Banu Muzaynah and said: These people were not late at all; the Banu Muzaynah are among them as well. Then one day a man said that the Banu Tamim were late in giving and delivering their charity, and then red and black camels from the Banu Tamim arrived. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, looked at those camels and said: This is the zakat of my people. Then a man made a critical comment about the Banu Tamim, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Do not say anything about the Banu Tamim except good things; in facing the Dajjal, their spears will be the highest.
