Hadith 12129
عَنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ سَلْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ”اثْنَانِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ وَاحِدٍ وَثَلَاثٌ خَيْرٌ مِنِ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَنْ يَجْمَعَ أُمَّتِي إِلَّا عَلَى هُدًى“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: One is better than two, two are better than three, and three are better than four, so remain with the congregation. Allah Almighty will never unite my Ummah upon anything other than guidance.
Hadith 12130
وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”مَنْ خَالَفَ الْجَمَاعَةَ شِبْرًا خَلَعَ رِبْقَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ مِنْ عُنُقِهِ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever opposes the congregation of Muslims even by a span, he has cast off the rope of Islam from his neck.
Hadith 12131
وَعَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ قَالَ انْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى حُذَيْفَةَ بِالْمَدَائِنِ لَيَالِيَ سَارَ النَّاسُ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَقَالَ يَا رِبْعِيُّ مَا فَعَلَ قَوْمُكَ قَالَ قُلْتُ عَنْ أَيِّ بَالِهِمْ تَسْأَلُ قَالَ مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنْهُمْ إِلَى هَذَا الرَّجُلِ فَسَمَّيْتُ رِجَالًا فِيمَنْ خَرَجَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ”مَنْ فَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَاسْتَذَلَّ الْإِمَارَةَ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَلَا وَجْهَ لَهُ عِنْدَهُ“
Rabi’ bin Hirash says: During the days when people rebelled against Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) and set out towards him, I went to the service of Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) in Madain during those very nights. He said to me: "Rabi’! What has your people done?" I said: "Which of their actions are you asking about?" He said: "Who are the people that have gone towards Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him)?" So I mentioned the names of some of those who had gone. He said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever separates from the congregation of Muslims and tries to disgrace the leadership and government, he will meet Allah in such a state that he will have no honor in the sight of Allah."
Hadith 12132
عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ”مَنْ أَكْرَمَ سُلْطَانَ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى فِي الدُّنْيَا أَكْرَمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ أَهَانَ سُلْطَانَ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى فِي الدُّنْيَا أَهَانَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever honors the king appointed by Allah in this world, Allah will honor him on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever humiliates and disgraces the king appointed by Allah in this world, Allah will disgrace and dishonor him on the Day of Resurrection.
