It is narrated from Sayyiduna Urwah bin Abi J’ad al-Bariqi (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Merchandise was brought before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) gave me one dinar and said: “Urwah! Go and buy a goat for us.” I went to the place of sale, that is, the market, and after settling the deal with the owner, I bought two goats for one dinar. I was driving them back when I met a man on the way; he made a deal with me for one goat, and I sold him one goat for one dinar. I returned with one dinar and one goat. I submitted: “O Messenger of Allah! Here is the dinar you gave and here is a goat.” He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: “How is this?” In response, I related the entire incident to him. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “O Allah! Bless him in his buying and selling.” (Due to the blessing of this supplication of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him) I have seen myself in such a state that I would be standing on the dirty dung heap of Kufa and before reaching home, I would have earned forty thousand in profit.
