Hadith 11678
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَضَعَ لِحَسَّانَ مِنْبَرًا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يُنَافِحُ عَنْهُ بِالشِّعْرِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ”إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيُؤَيِّدُ حَسَّانَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ يُنَافِحُ عَنْ رَسُولِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ“
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu’minin Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had a pulpit placed in Masjid al-Nabawi for Sayyiduna Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him), so that he could sit on it and recite poetry in defense of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in response to the satirical verses of the disbelievers. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: As long as Hassan defends the Messenger of Allah, Allah Almighty helps him through the Holy Spirit, that is, Jibreel (peace be upon him).
Hadith 11679
عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِحَسَّانَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ”اهْجُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَإِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ مَعَكَ“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said to Sayyiduna Hassan bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him): Respond to the satire of the polytheists, Gabriel is with you.
