Hadith 11556
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The Muhajirun and the Ansar are all helpers and supporters of one another. Likewise, those people of Quraysh who were pardoned on the day of the conquest of Makkah and the freed people of Banu Thaqif are helpers and supporters of one another in this world and the Hereafter. And the Muhajirun and the Ansar will remain helpers and supporters of one another until the Day of Judgment.
Hadith 11557
(Second chain) The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Those people of Quraysh who were pardoned on the day of the conquest of Makkah, and those people of Banu Thaqif who were set free, all of them are helpers and supporters of each other in this world and the Hereafter. And the Muhajirun and Ansar are also helpers and supporters of each other in this world and the Hereafter.
Hadith 11558
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Ansar said: "We are those who pledged allegiance to Muhammad, upon striving in jihad as long as we live." In response to their statement, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah! True success is the success of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Muhajirun." In another narration, it is: "So grant rectification to the Ansar and the Muhajirun."
Hadith 11559
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Muhajirun said: O Messenger of Allah! The Ansar people we have come to, we have not seen people like them. If they have little food and drink, they show great sympathy, and if they have plenty, they spend generously. They saved us from hard labor and made us partners in their earnings. We fear that these people will take all the reward. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No, it is not so. As long as you praise them and pray to Allah for them, you will also continue to receive reward.
Hadith 11560
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) established a pact between the Muhajirun and the Ansar in our house. One of the narrators of this hadith, Sufyan, says: By "pact," Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) means brotherhood and fraternity.
Hadith 11561
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Sayyida Asma bint Umais (may Allah be pleased with her) returned from Abyssinia, Sayyiduna Umar ibn Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) met her. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said about her: Is this the one who came from Abyssinia? She replied: Yes. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If people had not preceded you in migration, you would have been the best of people. Hearing this, she said to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): You people stayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); if any of you was deprived of a mount, meaning he was on foot, the Messenger of Allah would provide him with a mount, and if any of you was unaware of religious matters, the Messenger of Allah would teach him. But we fled from here to save our religion. Now, I will not return until I mention this matter to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So she went to his service and informed him of this. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Rather, you have two migrations, one towards Madinah and one towards Abyssinia.
