2 hadith
Hadith 11380
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyida Ruqayyah (may Allah be pleased with her), passed away, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has had intercourse with his wife last night should not enter the grave." Thus, Sayyiduna Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) did not enter the grave.
Hadith 11381
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: When the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyidah Umm Kulthum (may Allah be pleased with her), was placed in the grave, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse {مِنْہَا خَلَقْنَاکُمْ وَفِیْہَا نُعِیْدُکُمْ وَمِنْہَا نُخْرِجُکُمْ تَارَۃً أُخْرٰی} … "We created you from this earth, and into it We shall return you, and from it We shall bring you forth once again." (Surah Ta-Ha, 55) Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I do not know whether after this the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this supplication or not: "Bismillah, wa fi sabilillah, wa 'ala millati Rasoolillah." (With the name of Allah, in the way of Allah, and according to the way of the Messenger of Allah.) When the grave was sealed with bricks, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) threw some clay towards the people and said: "Fill the gaps between the bricks with this." Then he said: "This is not something necessary, but it just gives some comfort to the living."
