Hadith 10828
It is narrated from ‘Iraq, who says: Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) arrived in Madinah Munawwarah with a group of his people during the days when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was engaged in the Battle of Khaybar, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had appointed Sayyiduna Siba‘ bin ‘Arfatah (may Allah be pleased with him) as his deputy in Madinah Munawwarah. Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: When I reached him, he was reciting Kaf Ha Ya ‘Ayn Sad (i.e., Surah Maryam) in the first rak‘ah of the Fajr prayer, and in the second rak‘ah he was reciting “Woe to those who give less” (i.e., Surah Al-Mutaffifin). I said in my heart that so-and-so is ruined; when he measures for himself, he measures fully, and when he measures for others, he gives less. When he finished the prayer, he gave us some provisions for the journey, and we set out for Khaybar, until we reached Khaybar. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) spoke to the Muslims about us, and they included us in their shares of the spoils of war.
Hadith 10829
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that I, along with the people of my tribe, reached the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) three days after the conquest of Khaybar. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave us a share from the spoils of war. The spoils of Khaybar were distributed only among the people of Hudaybiyyah, and we were the only ones who, despite not having participated in Hudaybiyyah, received a share from the spoils of Khaybar.
Hadith 10830
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, returned from Khaybar. When he, peace and blessings be upon him, saw the mountain of Uhud, he said: This is a mountain; it loves us and we love it. Then when he, peace and blessings be upon him, approached near Madinah Munawwarah, he said: O Allah! Just as Ibrahim, peace be upon him, declared Makkah a sanctuary, likewise I declare the area between the two Harrahs of Madinah Munawwarah a sanctuary.
