ذِكْرُ أُنَاسِ اتُّصِفُوا بِالْكَذِبِ
Mention of people who were described as liars
Hadith 9895
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ((أَكْذَبُ النَّاسِ أَوْ مِنْ أَكْذَبِ النَّاسِ الصَّوَّاغُونَ وَالصَّبَّاغُونَ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Among the people, the greatest liars are goldsmiths and dyers.
Hadith 9896
عَنْهُ أَيْضًا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ((أَكْذَبُ النَّاسِ الصُّنَّاعُ))
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Among the people, the greatest liar is the craftsman and skilled worker.
