Hadith 9855
It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when this verse was revealed: "And warn your close relatives," the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up and said: O Fatimah! O daughter of Muhammad! O Safiyyah, daughter of Abdul Muttalib! O Banu Abdul Muttalib! I do not possess anything for you before Allah, but yes, ask me whatever you want from my wealth.
Hadith 9856
Syedna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Bani Abdul Muttalib! O Bani Hashim! Save your souls from Allah; I will not be able to avail you anything before Allah. O aunt of the Prophet, Umm Zubair! O Fatimah bint Muhammad! Save your souls; I cannot avail you anything before Allah. However, you may ask from my wealth.
Hadith 9857
Syedna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said from the pulpit: What is the matter with those people who say that the kinship of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) will not benefit his people in any way? Why not, by Allah, my kinship will be joined in this world and the Hereafter. O people! I will precede you at the Hawd (the Pond), so when you come there, at that moment a man will say: O Messenger of Allah! I am so-and-so, and his brother will say: I am so-and-so, son of so-and-so. You (peace and blessings be upon him) will say: I have recognized the lineage, but after me you invented new matters and turned back on your heels.
