القسم الخامس: مسائل الترهيب من الكبائر وسائر المعاصيFifth Section: Issues Warning Against Major Sins and All Other Sins
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّرْهِيبِ مِنَ التَّفْرِيْقِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِ وَالْحَادِمِ وَسَيِّدِهِ
Chapter on what has been narrated regarding warning against separating a man from his wife or a servant from his master
Hadith 9847
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ((لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمَا))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: It is not lawful for any man to cause separation between two people without their permission.
Hadith 9848
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ((مَنْ خَبَّبَ خَادِمًا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَمَنْ أَفْسَدَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى زَوْجِهَا فَلَيْسَ هُوَ مِنَّا))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever incites a servant against his masters is not one of us, and whoever corrupts a wife against her husband is also not one of us.
Hadith 9849
عَنْهُ أَيْضًا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ((لَا تَسْأَلِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي إِنَائِهَا فَإِنَّ رِزْقَهَا عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ))
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No woman should ask for her sister’s divorce so that she may pour out what is in her vessel, for indeed her provision is also the responsibility of Allah Almighty.
Hadith 9850
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ((لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَفَ بِالْأَمَانَةِ وَمَنْ خَبَّبَ عَلَى امْرِئٍ زَوْجَتَهُ أَوْ مَمْلُوكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears an oath of trust is not one of us, and likewise, whoever incites a woman against her husband or a slave against his master is not one of us.
