Hadith 9462
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A Muslim is the brother of another Muslim; he does not oppress him nor does he disgrace him. By the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), when separation occurs between two people who love each other, it is the result of the sin of one of them. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: A Muslim has six rights over his brother: when he sneezes, he should say to him "Yarhamukallah" (may Allah have mercy on you); when he falls ill, he should visit him; whether he is present or absent, he should wish well for him in every situation; when he meets him, he should greet him with salam; when he invites him, he should accept his invitation; and when he dies, he should follow his funeral prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also forbade that a Muslim should abandon his brother for more than three days.
Hadith 9463
It is narrated from a companion of Banu Sulayt, who says: I came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting among a group of people. I heard him (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim; he does not oppress him, nor does he abandon him helpless. Piety is here. The narrator Hammad said: And he (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards his blessed chest. When two people love each other for the sake of Allah Almighty and then separation occurs between them, its cause is a sin, which one of the two commits. And sin is evil, sin is evil, sin is evil.
Hadith 9464
Abu Zabiya narrates: Shurahbil bin Simt called Sayyiduna Amr bin Abasah Salami (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: O son of Abasah! Can you narrate such a hadith which you yourself have heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), in which there is no addition or mixture of falsehood, and you have not narrated that hadith from any other person who heard it? He said: Yes, I myself heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Allah Almighty said: Surely, My love is established for those who love each other for My sake; My love is established for those who maintain pure relations with each other for My sake; My love is established for those who visit each other for My love; My love is established for those who spend for My sake; and My love is established for those who help each other for My sake.
