Hadith 8931
Narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a concession in a certain matter, but some people refrained from accepting it. When this reached the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he became so angry that the anger was visible on his face. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What is the matter with people that they are turning away from something in which I have been granted a concession? By Allah! Among the people, I am the one who knows Allah the most and fears Him the most.

Hadith 8932
Abu Wa'il says: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give admonition and advice every Thursday or Monday. We said: O Abu Abdur Rahman! We like your speech and wish that you would advise us daily. In response, Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The thing that prevents me from this is that I dislike making you weary, and I take care of you in giving advice just as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to take care of us.

Hadith 8933
Shaqiq says: We were waiting in the mosque for Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him); he was supposed to come to us. In the meantime, Yazid bin Mu’awiyah Nakh’i came and said: Should I go to him myself and see? If he is at home, then it will be my responsibility to bring him to you. Then Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) came and, standing by us, said: I was remembering your status and rank, but the reason I do not come to you often is that perhaps you might become weary. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to consider our weariness and would dislike causing us to become bored when giving us admonition and advice.
