بَابُ: «وَالضُّحَى وَللَّيل إذَا سَجٰى »
Chapter: "By the morning brightness and the night when it covers"
Hadith 8830
عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ [سورة الفجر: ٢٥-٢٦] يَعْنِي يُفْعَلُ بِهِ قَالَ خَالِدٌ وَسَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يُعَذِّبُ أَيْ يُفْعَلُ بِهِ
It is narrated from a Companion of the Messenger, who heard the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, reciting: {فَیَوْمَئِذٍ لَا یُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَہُ أَحَدٌ۔ وَلَایُوثِقُ وَثَاقَہُ أَحَدٌ۔} … So on that Day, none will punish as He will punish, and none will bind as He will bind. That is, it will be done to that servant. Khalid says: I asked Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakr, may Allah be pleased with them both: What is the meaning of {فَیَوْمَئِذٍ لَا یُعَذِّبُ}? He said: It means it will be done to him.
