It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he said, regarding the explanation of Allah Almighty’s statement {اقْتَرَبَتِالسَّاعَۃُوَانْشَقَّالْقَمَرُ} … “The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split.” During the blessed era of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the moon was split into two; one part was seen behind the (Hira) mountain and the other part above the mountain. Upon witnessing this miracle, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah! Bear witness.

Abu Ishaq says: I saw a man who asked Aswad bin Yazid, who used to teach the Qur'an in the mosque, and said: How should we recite this verse: {فَہَلْمِنْمُدَّکِرٍ} Is it with "dh" or "d"? He replied: No, it is with "d". I heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) say, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recite {مُدَّکِرٍ} with "d".
