Hadith 8645
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned the punishment of the grave and said: In the grave, it is said to the servant, “Who is your Lord?” He says: “Allah Almighty is my Lord, and my Prophet is Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).” This correct answer is the manifestation of Allah Almighty’s statement: {یُثَبِّتُ اللّٰہُ الَّذِینَ آمَنُوْا بِالْقَوْلِ الثَّابِتِ فِی الْحَیَاۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَفِیْ الْآخِرَۃِ} … Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in the life of this world and in the Hereafter. That is, it refers to the Muslim.
