تفسير من سورة الأنفال إلى سورة الرعدInterpretation from Surah Al-Anfal to Surah Ar-Ra'd
بَابُ:«فَاسْأَلْهُ مَا بَالُ النِّسْوَةِ اللَّاتِي قَطَّعْنَ أَيْدِيَهُنَّ إِنَّ رَبِّي بِكَيْدِهِنَّ عَلِيمٌ»
Chapter: "Ask him: What was the case of the women who cut their hands? Indeed, my Lord is Knowing of their plan"
Hadith 8639
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ لِرَسُولِهِ {فَاسْأَلْهُ مَا بَالُ النِّسْوَةِ اللَّاتِي قَطَّعْنَ أَيْدِيَهُنَّ} [يوسف: 50] قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كُنْتُ أَنَا لَأَسْرَعْتُ الْإِجَابَةَ وَمَا ابْتَغَيْتُ الْعُذْرَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the statement of Allah Almighty: { فَاسْأَ لْہُ مَا بَالُ النِّسْوَۃِ اللّٰاتِی قَطَّعْنَ أَ یْدِیَہُنَّ} "If I had been in the place of Yusuf (peace be upon him), I would have accepted the messenger's word very quickly and I would not have sought any excuse."
