تفسير من سورة الأنفال إلى سورة الرعدInterpretation from Surah Al-Anfal to Surah Ar-Ra'd
بَابُ: «لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الآخرة»
Chapter: "For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter"
Hadith 8631
عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ} [يونس: 64] فَقَالَ لَقَدْ سَأَلْتَنِي عَنْ شَيْءٍ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَنْهُ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي أَوْ أَحَدٌ قَبْلَكَ قَالَ تِلْكَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الرَّجُلُ الصَّالِحُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): O Messenger of Allah! What is your opinion about the statement of Allah Almighty: {لَہُمْ الْبُشْرَی فِی الْحَیَاۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَفِی الْآخِرَۃِ} … For such people there is good news in the life of this world and in the Hereafter. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: You have asked me about something that no one from my Ummah has asked before. It refers to a good dream, which a righteous servant sees or which is shown to him.
Hadith 8632
عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ مَا تَقُولُ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ {لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ} [يونس: 64] قَالَ لَقَدْ سَأَلْتَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مَا سَمِعْتُ أَحَدًا سَأَلَ عَنْهُ بَعْدَ رَجُلٍ سَأَلَ عَنْهُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بُشْرَاهُمْ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الْمُسْلِمُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ وَبُشْرَاهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ الْجَنَّةُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to him and said: What do you say about the statement of Allah Almighty: {لَہُمُ الْبُشْرٰی فِی الْحَیَاۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَفِی الْآخِرَۃِ} … For such people there is good news in the life of this world and in the Hereafter. He said: You have asked about something regarding which, after that man, I have not heard anyone asking, who had asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The good news for such people in the life of this world is a righteous dream which a Muslim sees or which is shown to him, and in the Hereafter, their good news is Paradise.
