1 بَابُ آيَةِ الْمِيْرَاثِ

Chapter: The verse of inheritance

1 hadith (8550 — 8550)

2 باب: «وَاللَّاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ ..»

Chapter: "And those [women] who commit immorality..."

3 بَابُ قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: «وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ »وَقَوْلِهِ: «وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوْا مَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ» وَقَوْلِهِ: «فَكَيْفَ إِذَا جِئْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ بشَهيد.... »

Chapter: His saying, the Exalted: "And [prohibited to you are] married women" and His saying: "And do not wish for that by which Allah has made some of you exceed others" and His saying: "So how [will it be] when We bring from every nation a witness..."

3 hadith (8552 — 8554)

4 بَابُ: «يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُو الرَّسُوْلَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ»

Chapter: "O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you"

5 بَابُ: «فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ »

Chapter: "But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe"

6 بَابُ: «فَمَا لَكُمْ فِي الْمُنَافِقِيْنِ فِئَتَيْنِ»

Chapter: "So what is [the matter] with you [that you are] two groups concerning the hypocrites"

7 بَابُ: «وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا ... الخ »

Chapter: "And whoever kills a believer intentionally...etc."

8 بَابُ : «وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ الْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَامَ لَسْتَ مُؤْمِنَا»

Chapter: "And do not say to one who gives you [a greeting of] peace 'You are not a believer'"

9 باب:« لا يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ .... الخ»

Chapter: "Not equal are those who sit...etc."

10 بَابُ: «لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ تَقْصُرُوا مِنَ الصَّلاةِ»

Chapter: "There is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer"

11 بَابُ: «وَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِيهِمْ فَاقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ»

Chapter: "And when you are among them and lead them in prayer"

12 باب: «إِنْ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِهِ إِلَّا إِنَانًا»

Chapter: "They invoke none but female deities besides Him"

13 بَابُ: «لَيْسَ بِأَمَانِيكُمْ»

Chapter: "It will not be by your wishful thinking"

14 باب: «وَاتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلًا»

Chapter: "And Allah took Abraham as an intimate friend"

15 بَابُ :«يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ »

Chapter: "They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say: Allah gives you a ruling concerning kalalah"

16 بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْلِهَا

Chapter: "What has been mentioned about its virtue"

17 بَابُ : «الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ ۔۔۔الخ»

Chapter: "This day I have perfected for you your religion...etc."

18 بَابُ آيَةِ التيمم

Chapter: The verse of tayammum (dry ablution)

19 بَابُ: «إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ۔۔۔الخ»

Chapter: "The penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger...etc."

20 بَابُ: « يا أيُّهَا الرَّسُوْلُ لَا يَحْزُنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ»

Chapter: "O Messenger, let not those who hasten into disbelief grieve you"

3 hadith (8581 — 8583)

21 بَابُ: «وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ ۔۔۔ الخ»

Chapter: "And We ordained for them therein: a life for a life...etc."

22 بَابُ: «يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ ۔۔۔ الخ»

Chapter: "O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants and gambling...etc."

23 بَابُ: «يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَسْأَلُوا عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ ۔۔الخ»

Chapter: "O you who have believed, do not ask about things...etc."

2 hadith (8587 — 8588)

24 بَابُ: «يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ لا يَضُرُّكُمْ مَنْ ضَلَّ إِذَا اهْتَدَيْتُمْ»

Chapter: "O you who have believed, upon you is [responsibility for] yourselves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you when you have been guided"

25 سُوْرَةُ الْأَنْعَامِ

Surah Al-An'am

26 باب: «إِنْ تُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ ۔۔۔۔ »

Chapter: "If You punish them, indeed they are Your servants..."

27 بَابُ: «وَانْذِرُ بِهِ الَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنْ يُحْشَرُوا إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ ۔۔۔۔۔ إِلَي قَوْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِالظَّالِمِينَ»

Chapter: "And warn by it those who fear that they will be gathered to their Lord...to His saying: And Allah is most knowing of the wrongdoers"

28 بَابُ: «قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ»
