Hadith 8445
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The complete surah which was revealed last to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is Surah Bara’ah, and the last verse to be revealed is the last verse of Surah An-Nisa’{یَسْتَفْتُونَکَ … }.
Hadith 8446
Sayyiduna Jubair bin Nufair says: I went to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she said to me: Do you recite Surah Al-Ma'idah? I said: Yes. She said: This is the last Surah to be revealed, therefore whatever you find lawful in it, consider it lawful, and whatever you find unlawful in it, consider it unlawful. Then I asked her about the character of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), she said: His character was the Qur'an.
Hadith 8447
It is narrated from Saeed bin Musayyib, he says: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The last verse of the Noble Qur'an to be revealed is the one concerning usury, but it happened that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away and he had not yet explained its interpretation, so leave usury as well as anything in which there is doubt of usury.
