Hadith 8317
In one narration, it is stated that Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: When Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) appeared, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Stand up towards your leader and bring him down." Sayyiduna 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Our leader and master is Allah, the Exalted." Nevertheless, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring him down." So they brought him down, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Sa'd! Decide regarding them." ... .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Jews of Banu Qurayza agreed to the decision of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), (meaning whatever decision he would make, they would accept it). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a message to Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), so he came riding on a donkey, and when he reached near the mosque, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Stand up for your leader (and help him dismount from the donkey)." Then he said: "O Sa'd! These Jews of Banu Qurayza have agreed to your decision." He said: "I decide that their warriors be killed and their children (and women) be taken captive." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Sa'd, you have indeed given the decision which is the decision of Allah, the Sovereign."

Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that no person was dearer to the noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) than the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but when they saw him (peace and blessings be upon him), they would not stand up, because they knew that he (peace and blessings be upon him) did not like this.
Hadith 8319
Abu Majliz narrates that Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) entered a house in which Ibn Aamir and Ibn Zubair were also present. Ibn Aamir stood up, but Ibn Zubair remained seated. Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: You also remain seated, because I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever desires that people stand up for him, let him prepare his abode in the Hellfire.
