Hadith 8040
حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ الْكُوفِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَقَدْ شَدَّ أَسْنَانَهُ بِالذَّهَبِ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ
Hammad bin Abi Sulayman Kufi says: I saw Mughira bin Abdullah, he had tied his teeth with a gold chain. When this was mentioned to Ibrahim Nakha'i, he said: There is no harm in it.
Hadith 8041
عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التَّمِيمِيِّ عَمَّنْ رَأَى عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ضَبَّبَ أَسْنَانَهُ بِذَهَبٍ
Waqid bin Abdullah Tamimi narrates from a man who had seen Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), that he had tied his teeth with gold.
