Hadith 7905
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِزْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ مِنْ أَنْصَافِ السَّاقَيْنِ فَأَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ إِلَى مَا فَوْقَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ فَمَا كَانَ مِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَفِي النَّارِ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: The lower garment of a believer should reach to the middle of the shin; it may be lower than that, but (should remain) above the ankles. Whatever part of the ankles is covered by the lower garment will be in the Fire.
Hadith 7906
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْإِزَارِ فَهُوَ فِي الْقَمِيصِ
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the command which the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave regarding the lower garment is the same command regarding the shirt.
Hadith 7907
عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ لَمْ يَكُنْ ثَوْبٌ أَحَبَّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ قَمِيصٍ
Lady Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that among all garments, the most beloved to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was wearing the shirt (qamees).
Hadith 7908
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا لَبِسْتُمْ وَإِذَا تَوَضَّأْتُمْ فَابْدَءُوا بِأَيَامِنِكُمْ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ بِمَيَامِنِكُمْ
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you put on clothes or perform ablution, begin from the right side.
Hadith 7909
وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ الصَّمَّاءِ وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ بِثَوْبِهِ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade two types of clothing: from tying a knot at the end of a garment and from wrapping a cloth around oneself in such a way that nothing covers a man's private parts from it.
Hadith 7910
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَرْتَدُوا الصَّمَّاءَ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَا يَأْكُلُ أَحَدُكُمْ بِشِمَالِهِ وَلَا يَمْشِ فِي نَعْلٍ وَاحِدٍ وَلَا يَحْتَبِي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not tie a knot in a single garment, and none of you should eat with his left hand, nor walk with one shoe, nor sit with knees drawn up in a single garment.
