Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Muhammad narrates from a woman of his tribe, she says: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me and I was eating with my left hand, as I was a woman who used to work with her left hand. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) struck my hand and my morsel fell, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not eat with your left hand when Allah Almighty has given you a right hand, or he said that Allah Almighty has made your right hand sound. So my left hand turned into my right hand (i.e., I easily started eating with my right hand), she says: After that, I never ate with my left hand again.
