بَابُ وُجُوبِ نَفْقَةِ الزَّوْجَةِ بِاعْتِبَارِ حَالِ الْزَوج وَأَنَّهَا مُقَدَّمَةٌ عَلَى الْأَقَارِبِ وَ ثَوَابِ الزَّوْجِ عَلَيْهَا
Chapter: Obligation of Maintenance for the Wife According to the Husband's Condition, That It Is Given Priority Over Relatives, and the Reward for the Husband
2 بَابُ جَوَازِ إِنْفَاقِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ مَالِ زَوْجِهَا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمِهِ إِذَا مَنْعَهَا الْكِفَايَةُChapter: Permissibility for a Woman to Spend from Her Husband's Wealth Without His Knowledge If He Withholds Her Due
3 بَابُ ثَوَابِ مَنْ أَنْفَقَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا غَيْرَ مُفْسِدَةٍ وَوَعِيدِ مَنْ أَفْسَدَتْChapter: Reward for One Who Spends from Her Husband's House Without Corruption and the Threat to One Who Corrupts
