بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي يَثار التمر ونحوه والنهبة في الوليمة
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding Picking Dates and the Like and Taking by Force at the Wedding Feast
Hadith 7052
عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنِ النُّهْبَةِ وَالْخُلْسَةِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade looting and snatching of wealth.
Hadith 7053
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever commits looting is not one of us.
Hadith 7054
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ النُّهْبَةِ وَالْمُثْلَةِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Yazid Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade looting and mutilation.
Hadith 7055
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ النُّهْبَةِ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade looting and said: Whoever commits looting is not one of us.
