بيان موانع النكاحExplanation of Impediments to Marriage
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي نِكَاحِ الْمُحَلِلِ وَالْمُحْرِمِ
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding the Marriage of the Muhallil and the Muhrim
Hadith 6996
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed both the one who performs Halalah and the one for whom it is performed.
Hadith 6997
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَاحِبَ الرِّبَا وَآكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَالْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed these individuals: the one who gives usury, the one who takes usury, its two witnesses, the one who performs halalah, and the one for whom halalah is performed.
Hadith 6998
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed both the one who performs Halalah and the one for whom it is performed.
Hadith 6999
عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُحْرِمُ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ
Narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The one in the state of Ihram should neither marry himself, nor arrange the marriage of another, nor send a proposal of engagement.
