بابُ لَعْنِ السَّارِقِ وَفِي كَمْ تُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ

2 بَابُ اعْتِبَارِ الْحَرَرُ وَمَا جَاءَ فِي الْمُخْتَلِسِ وَالْمُتَهَبِ وَالْخَائِنِ وَجَاحِدِ الْعَارِيَةِ وَمَا لَا قَطعَ فِيهِChapter: Considering Freedom and What Has Been Reported Regarding the Snatcher, the Robber, the Betrayer, and the Denier of a Loan, and When There Is No Cutting
3 بَابُ الْقَطْعِ بِالْإِقْرَارِ وَهَلْ يَكْتَفِي فِيهِ بِالْمَرَّةِ وَتَلْقِينِ الْحَدِ وَحَسَمِ الْيَدِ بَعْدَ قَطْعِهَاChapter: Cutting by Confession and Whether One Time Is Sufficient, Prompting the Hadd, and Cauterizing the Hand After Cutting
4 بابُ هَلْ يُقْطَعُ العَبْدُ إِذَا سَرَقَ مِنْ. ا سَرَقَ مِنْ سَيِّدِهِ؟ وَمَا حُكْمُ الْعَبْدِ الْآبِقِ إِذَا سَرَقَChapter: Is the Slave's Hand Cut If He Steals from His Master? And the Ruling of the Runaway Slave If He Steals
5 بابُ أَي الْيَدَيْنِ تُقْطَعُ أَولَا فِي السَّرِقَةِ وَمَوْضِعِ الْقَطْعِ وَتَعْلِيقِ يَدِ السَّارِقِ فِي عُنُقِهِ، وَمَا يُفْعَلُ فِيمَنْ تَكَرَّرَتْ مِنْهُ السَّرِقَةُ وَقَوْلِ الْمُفْسِرِينَ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: «وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا»Chapter: Which of the Two Hands Is Cut First in Theft, the Place of Cutting, Hanging the Thief's Hand on His Neck, What Is Done to One Who Repeats Theft, and the Exegetes' Statement on Allah's Saying: "As for the thief, male or female, cut off their hands"
