بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ أَوَ أَتَى بَهِيمَةٌ أَوْ عَمِلَ عَمَلَ قَوْمٍ لُوطٍ
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding One Who Had Intercourse with a Mahram, or Approached an Animal, or Did the Act of the People of Lot
Hadith 6731
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ اقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ فِي عَمَلِ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ وَالْبَهِيمَةَ وَالْوَاقِعَ عَلَى الْبَهِيمَةِ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Kill both the active and passive participants involved in the act of the people of Lut, and also kill the animal, and whoever has intercourse with an animal, kill him as well, and whoever commits adultery with a mahram (close relative), kill him too.
Hadith 6732
وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever commits the act with an animal, kill him and the animal as well.
Hadith 6733
عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ مَرَّ بِي عَمِّي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَمَعَهُ لِوَاءٌ قَدْ عَقَدَهُ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَا عَمِّ أَيْنَ بَعَثَكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَعَثَنِي إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ
Narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: My uncle Sayyiduna Harith bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by me and he had a flag with him, which the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had tied and given to him. I said to him: O uncle! Where has the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent you? He said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has sent me to a man who has married his father’s wife, and he has commanded me to behead him.
Hadith 6734
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي عَمَلُ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The thing I fear most for my Ummah is the act of the people of Lut.
