Narrated from Sayyiduna Saeed bin Saad bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: In our neighborhood there lived a physically deformed man. The household was greatly astonished to see that he was committing adultery with a slave girl of the neighborhood, while he was a Muslim. Sayyiduna Saad (may Allah be pleased with him) brought his case to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Administer the hadd (punishment) to him. The people said: O Messenger of Allah! He is not able to bear the hadd; if we flog him a hundred lashes, he will die. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then take a branch with a hundred twigs and strike him once with it, and then let him go.
