بَابُ الْجَابِ الْقِصَاصِ بِالْقَتْلِ الْعَمَدِ وَأَنَّ مُسْتَحِقَّهُ بِالْخِيَارِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَينَ الدِّيةِ
Chapter: The obligation of retribution for intentional murder and that the entitled person has the choice between it and blood money
2 بَابُ لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلَمُ بِكَافِرٍ ، وَمَا جَاءَ فِي قَتْلِ الْحُرِ بالعبدChapter: A Muslim is not killed for a disbeliever, and what has been reported regarding killing a free man for a slave
3 بَابُ قَتل الرّجُلِ بِالْمَرْأَةِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ بِمِثْلِهَا وَالْقَتْلِ بِالْمِثْقَل وَالْقِصَاصِ مِنَ الْقَاتِلِ بِالصِّفَةِ الَّتِي قَتَلَ بِهَاChapter: Killing a man for a woman and a woman for her like, killing with a heavy object, and retribution from the killer in the manner he killed
4 بَابُ لَا يُقْتَلُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدِهِ، وَمَا جَاءَ فِي قَتْلِ الْإِثْنَيْنِ بِالْوَاحِدِChapter: A parent is not killed for his child, and what has been reported regarding killing two for one
5 بَابُ الْقِصَاصِ مِنْ وَلَاةِ الْأُمُورِ إِلَّا إِذَا اصْطَلَحَ المستحق أو عفاChapter: Retribution from rulers except if the entitled person reconciles or pardons
6 بَاب فَضْلِ مَنِ اسْتَحَقَّ الْقِصَاصَ وَعَفَاChapter: The virtue of one who is entitled to retribution and pardons
7 بابُ الْقِصَاصِ فِي كَسْرِ السِّنُChapter: Retribution for breaking a tooth
8 باب القِصَاصِ فِي قَطْعِ شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْأُذُنChapter: Retribution for cutting off part of the ear
9 بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ عَضَ يَدَ رَجُلٍ فَانتَزعَهَا فَسَقَطَتْ ثَنِيَّتهُChapter: What has been reported regarding one who bit a man’s hand, he pulled it away and his incisor fell out
10 بَابُ النَّهْي عَنِ الْاقْتِصَاصِ فِي الطَّرْفِ قَبْلِ الْإِنْدِمَالِChapter: Prohibition of retribution for wounds before healing
11 بَابُ هَلْ يُسْتَوْقَى الْقِصَاصُ وَالْحُدُودُ فِي الْحَرَم وَالْمَسَاجِدِ أَمْ لَا؟Chapter: Is retribution and legal punishments carried out in the Sacred Precinct and mosques or not?
