Hadith 6403
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty curses the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes it.
Hadith 6404
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah cursed the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes it.
Hadith 6405
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ))
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The curse of Allah is upon the one who gives a bribe and the one who takes it.
Hadith 6406
عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: ((مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يَظْهَرُ فِيهِمُ الرِّبَا إِلَّا أُخِذُوا بِالسَّنَةِ، وَمَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يَظْهَرُ فِيهِمُ الرُّشَا إِلَّا أُخِذُوا بِالرُّعْبِ))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Amr bin Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When usury becomes widespread in a nation, famine is imposed upon them, and when bribery becomes common in a nation, they are afflicted with fear and terror.
Hadith 6407
عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّاشِيَ وَالْمُرْتَشِيَ، وَالرَّائِشَ يَعْنِي الَّذِي يَمْشِي بَيْنَهُمَا
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) cursed the one who gives a bribe, the one who takes a bribe, and the one who acts as an intermediary between them.
