بَابُ مَشْرُوعِيَّةِ الْوَقْفِ وَفَضْلِهِ وَوَقْفِ الْمُشَاعِ وَالْمَنقُول
Chapter: Legitimacy and virtue of endowment (waqf), including shared and movable endowments
2 بَابُ مَنْ وَقَفَ مَسْجِدًا أَوْ بِرًا لَا يَكُونُ لَهُ فِيهَا إِلَّا مَا لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّChapter: One who endows a mosque or charity, having in it only what is for every Muslim, and its reward is with Allah Almighty
