Hadith 6220
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has any land or date-palms, he should not sell them until he has offered them to his partner.
Hadith 6221
(Second chain) It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When there is a partnership in sharecropping between a man and his brother, and one of them wants to sell his share, he should first offer it to his partner, because he has more right to take it at the price.
Hadith 6222
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When someone is a partner with another in a house or in a date-palm, it is not permissible for him to sell his share without informing his partner. (He should first inform his partner); if the partner likes, he may take it, and if he dislikes, he may leave it.
