Hadith 6194
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Malik Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, the greatest betrayal in the sight of Allah Almighty will be that two men or partners have a piece of land in partnership, then when they wish to divide it, one of them steals a handspan from the other's share of the land. Such a person will be made to wear a collar from the seven earths. In another narration it is stated: When he does so, he will be made to wear a collar from the seven earths.
Hadith 6195
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Malik Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The greatest betrayal in the sight of Allah Almighty is a hand-span of land, and that is when two men are partners in a piece of land or a house, but one of them unjustly takes control of a hand-span from his companion’s share. When he seizes it, he will be made to wear a collar of seven earths around his neck until the Day of Resurrection.
Hadith 6196
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Which oppression is the greatest?" You (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A piece of land, which a man snatches from his brother's right. Whoever seizes even as much land as a pebble in this way, on the Day of Resurrection, he will be made to wear a collar reaching to the depths of the earth, and no one knows the depth of the earth except the One who created it."
Hadith 6197

Narrated by Sayyidna Ali bin Murrah Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever unjustly seizes someone else's land, he will be made to carry the soil of that place on the Day of Resurrection and bring it to the gathering.
Hadith 6199
(Second chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Whoever seizes even a handspan of land unjustly, Allah Almighty will afflict him with the punishment that he will be made to dig up that land down to seven earths, and then a collar of that (soil) will be placed around his neck until judgment is passed among the people on the Day of Resurrection.

Narrated from Sayyiduna Ash’ath bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was a dispute between a man from Kindah and a man from Hadhramaut over a piece of land in Yemen. The man from Hadhramaut said: O Messenger of Allah! This land is mine; he and his father have wrongfully seized it. The man from Kindah said: O Messenger of Allah! This land is mine; I inherited it from my father. The man from Hadhramaut said: O Messenger of Allah! Take an oath from him that he does not know that this land is mine and my father’s, and that the usurper is his father. The man from Kindah was ready to take the oath, but when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said that whoever seizes someone’s property through a false oath, on the Day of Resurrection, when he meets Allah Almighty, his hand will be cut off. Upon hearing this statement, the man from Kindah said: This land belongs to him and his father.
