بَابُ مَنْ وُكِّلَ فِي شَرَاءِ شَيْءٍ فَاشْتَرَى بِالثَّمَنِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُ وَتَصْرفَ فِي الزَّيَادَةِ
Chapter: One who is appointed to buy something and buys it for more than the price and disposes of the excess
Hadith 6099
عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الْخَازِنَ الْأَمِينَ الَّذِي يُعْطِي مَا أُمِرَ بِهِ كَامِلًا مُوَفَّرًا طَيِّبَةً بِهِ نَفْسُهُ حَتَّى يَدْفَعَهُ إِلَى الَّذِي أُمِرَ لَهُ بِهِ أَحَدُ الْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The trustworthy scribe who gives fully and cheerfully to the one for whom he is instructed by the owner, he too will be among those who give charity.
Hadith 6100
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أُتِيَ بِصَدَقَةٍ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِصَدَقَةِ مَالِ أَبِي فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى آلِ أَبِي أَوْفَى
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when charity was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he would pray for the giver in this way: O Allah! Have mercy on this man. Once, I brought charity from my father's wealth, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah! Have mercy on the family of Abu Awfa.
Hadith 6101
عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مَعَهُ بِهَدْيِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِلُحُومِهَا وَجُلُودِهَا وَأَجِلَّتِهَا
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent him with sacrificial animals and instructed him to give their meat, skins, and coverings in charity.
